Fireproof high temperature thermal protection boilers thermocouple wire High Silica Fiber Sleeve            

 

Braided 96% pure silica fiber, the health conscious alternative to asbestos and ceramic sleeves and wraps.

 

Outstanding durability and flexibility
High Silica Fiber Sleeve set the standard for flexibility and minimum lineal shrinkage under high heat conditions. Durability is further enhanced with a proprietary hydro-carbon coating, giving Silicaflex firesleeves unmatched abrasion resistance and tensile strength.

 

Excellent high-heat performance
High Silica Fiber Sleeve is a braided silica sleeve, constructed from a 96% pure SiO2 silica fiber, suitable for continuous use at 1800°F (982°C), and able to withstand short term exposure up to 3000°F (1650°C).

 

Braided silica fiber sleeve can be combined with other low cost sleeve products to increase insulation values or abrasion resistance for the most demanding applications.

 

Always wear safety glasses, dust mask, gloves and long sleeves are recommended when handling this product
